Just to give my comment on Miniso product as I bought 2 set of Men boxer shorts this morning at the Toa Payoh store and when I reached home I found that one of the boxer short size was wrong which may due to my mistake when I grab the short which I may overlook. I understand that in the sales receipt, it indicate that undergarment cannot be exchanged but I went back to the shop with the receipt and try to explain to the staff and hope that I can exchange to the correct size but was told that it cannot be done due to hygiene reason. But I explain and show to the staff that I did not even open the packaging with everything

Wow ! that means if any buyer come to your shop and buy any underwear and choose the wrong size or by mistake grab the wrong size and once he/she pay for the underwear and step outside the shop which means no exchange from that moment. That means your business is a sure make money business.
Anyway, I had throw away that 2 cheap "China Made" boxer shorts with Japanese name and will never step my foot in another Miniso Shops and will tell all my friends how your shop do business in such a way. Nice................
